Interpretation

Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Services means credit dispute preparation services and credit education services, which may include reviewing credit reports, identifying items You believe may be inaccurate or incomplete, preparing dispute correspondence based on information You provide, providing status updates, and providing educational guidance about dispute workflows.

Service Agreement means a separate written and dated agreement provided to You for the purchase of Services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for purchased Services.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgement

These Terms & Conditions govern Your use of the Service and form an agreement between You and the Company.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old. The Company does not knowingly allow use of the Service by individuals under 18.

Service Description, Important Disclosures

1) We provide credit dispute preparation and education services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2) We are not a credit bureau, and we do not control the decisions of credit bureaus, data furnishers, or creditors.

3) We do not promise specific outcomes. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed simply because it is negative.

4) You always have the right to dispute information in your credit file directly with the credit bureaus without using a third-party service.

Service Agreement, No Upfront Fees, Right to Cancel

If You purchase Services, We will provide a written and dated Service Agreement with required notices and cancellation instructions.

We do not charge or collect fees for Services that have not been performed.

You may have a legal right to cancel a credit repair or credit dispute preparation contract within three business days after signing. Your Service Agreement will include the applicable cancellation notice and instructions.

Client Responsibilities

To provide Services, You agree to:

- Provide accurate, complete information and documentation when requested.

- Review drafts or correspondence we prepare and confirm accuracy before submission.

- Respond within a reasonable time to requests for clarification, identity verification needs, or supporting documents.

- Not submit false information, forged documents, or misleading statements to any credit bureau, creditor, or data furnisher.

If You provide inaccurate information or do not respond in a timely way, Services may be delayed or limited.

Communications and SMS Messaging

We may contact You by email, telephone, SMS, or other electronic methods regarding:

- appointment confirmations and links

- account information

- service updates and status notifications

- help requests

- web chat responses

- opt-in and opt-out confirmations

- marketing messages, only when You have provided consent where required

SMS Program Terms:

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP”. After You send “STOP”, we will send a confirmation SMS and You will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, sign up as You did initially.

If You experience issues with the messaging program, reply “HELP” for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about Your text or data plan, contact Your wireless provider.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Fees for Services, billing schedules, and what is included will be described in Your Service Agreement or checkout description.

Because Services are time-based and involve professional labor, refunds, if any, are handled as follows unless Your Service Agreement states otherwise:

- If no work has been performed, You may request cancellation and a refund of amounts paid for unperformed Services.

- If work has been performed, refunds may be reduced or not available based on the portion of Services already delivered.

We do not guarantee a specific score increase, deletion outcome, approval, or timeline.

Promotions

Promotions may be governed by separate rules. If rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion rules apply.

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for activities under Your Account. Notify Us immediately of unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

- for any unlawful purpose

- to impersonate another person or entity

- to submit false or misleading information to a credit bureau, creditor, or data furnisher

- to interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials except as permitted in writing.

Your Feedback to Us

You grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Feedback without restriction.

Links to Other Websites

We may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your Account if You breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount You paid to the Company for the Services giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event, or 100 USD, whichever is greater, unless a different limit is required by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Viginia and applicable United States federal law, excluding conflict of law rules.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any dispute, You agree to first contact us to try to resolve it informally at [email protected].

If we cannot resolve it, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chesapeake, Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means You accept the updated Terms.
